Train with Damien Trites
Damien is the Founder and Executive Director of Brave Path Recovery and a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt. He leads this weekly class for the local first responder community.
A former professional mixed martial artist, Damien earned a submission victory at Bellator 144. His competition experience also includes multiple NAGA championships and Boston Open titles at purple and brown belt.
This free Monday class brings his martial arts experience to BPR’s Milford location, creating a regular opportunity to practice and spend time together on the mat.
