Group Therapy at Brave Path Recovery in Milford

Group therapy is one of the most evidence-supported components of addiction and mental health treatment. At Brave Path Recovery, group sessions are led by licensed clinicians and are a core part of both our Part-Time Day Treatment and Full-Time Day Treatment programs.

Our groups are intentionally kept small, typically 6 to 12 participants, so every person has the opportunity to participate, be heard, and connect with others who understand their experience. Many of our clients say the group experience is the most meaningful part of their recovery. The peer connections formed in group often extend well beyond treatment.

  • Coping skills groups
  • Relapse prevention groups

  • Process groups for peer support
  • Psychoeducation groups
