Lead care for a growing outpatient treatment team

Brave Path Recovery is growing in Milford, MA, and the Clinical Director will help shape that growth. This role oversees clinical operations, supervises and supports staff, strengthens programming, and helps keep patient care aligned with state regulations, accreditation standards, and the mission of changing lives through recovery.

This is a strong fit for a clinical leader who is organized, steady under pressure, comfortable guiding a treatment team, and passionate about working with individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

Required licensure

  • LADC I, or
  • Independently licensed mental health credential such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent

Preferred experience

  • Experience leading outpatient behavioral health or recovery services
  • Experience with Kipu EMR is a plus
  • Background supporting people with substance use and co-occurring disorders
