Ryann Whitaker is a seasoned public administration and human services leader with deep experience in substance use disorder treatment, co-occurring enhanced services, and trauma-informed, client-centered care. As Program Director at Brave Path Recovery, Ryann brings a hands-on, mission-driven approach to building high-quality clinical programming that meets individuals where they are and walks with them through every stage of recovery.

She has successfully directed programs serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs, with a proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations, develop and support multidisciplinary teams, and ensure full compliance with state and regulatory standards. Ryann is especially skilled at creating structured, engaging programming that avoids stagnation, promotes accountability, and fosters personal growth—core values at the heart of Brave Path Recovery.

Ryann also brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership and advocacy, having built meaningful community partnerships, mobilized coalitions, and supported initiatives that elevate underserved and marginalized populations. Her experience in governance and strategic planning is further strengthened through her service on a Board of Directors, where she has contributed as Secretary, supporting organizational integrity, sustainable growth, and long-term vision.
